COA members have the opportunity to take part in a milestone U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) workshop on myopia progression - “Controlling the Progression of Myopia: Contact Lenses and Future Medical Devices” - on Friday, September 30. Co-sponsored by AOA, the workshop featuring leading scientists and clinicians will be held via webinar from 5 a.m. – 3 p.m. PST (the session is being held in Maryland, thus the early start time).
