New FAQ on Rules for Leasing From a Retail Store

Some doctors of optometry are reporting on optical companies that are not following the provisions of AB 684 that took effect this year. COA has prepared an FAQ on the new requirements for the practice of optometry in retail settings. COA is intervening in these cases to ensure that the new law is fully enforced.
